The answer is yes. You can leave rice water in your hair, some depending on there hair type can leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off. Some can choose to leave it on overnight but bear in mind, if there is too much protein used on the hair (from the rice), and not enough moisture it can cause your hair to feel brittle and dry.

– for a hair rinse : so rinse your hair after shampooing with rice water, if you want a more pleasant smell, add a lovely smelling hair oil
Not only can you use rice water for your hair, but you can also use rice water for your face. It is said to promote collagen growth in the face helping to reduce inflammation. You can use this with a cotton pad, or if you wanted to, you can make this into a face mask, by using a tissue paper.
