For 30 minutes minimum. If you wanted to, you can leave it overnight. Use a cotton ball or pad, and soak the entire pad then simply use circular motion and allow for the rice water to soak into your face. When you need to wash it off, just use warm water.
The rice water will help to tone and smooth your skin. The great thing with rice water is that you can make it inexpensively at home. Remember that rice water can take between 12-24 hours to ferment.
